Our Syllabus

Water Treading
Swimmers can learn how to float efficiently with water treading. This is a very useful survival skill when you are at sea, or in a deep swimming pool.
Diving Skills
Learn how to dive into the water properly and safely, and incorporate some diving skills into your swimming techniques to experience what professionals do during competitions!
Tumble-turn
Master the tumble turn technique and unleash the power of seamless lap transitions with our expert coaches. Learn the art of the perfect somersault, the precision of a powerful push-off, and the grace of a streamlined glide
Competitive Training Team
Unlock your full swimming potential with our competitive training. Transition from a Learn to Swim beginner, to advance, and finally to our competitive training where you will show off your speed and technique in swimming competitions!
Water Safety
Freestyle
The fastest and most common stroke of all: the Freestyle. Swimmers of all levels will utilise this stroke as it is the most basic, and efficient of them all.
Backstroke
The Backstroke is a stroke in which swimmers lay on their back to swim.
Breaststroke
The second most common swimming stroke is the Breaststroke. It resembles a frog swimming in the water, and is the stroke most commonly used for water treading
Butterfly
The most graceful swimming stroke: the Butterfly stroke. Here you will learn how to kick like a dolphin, and flap your “wings” like a butterfly
