How long does it take an adult, to learn to swim?

The learning pace varies for each individual, as physical or psychological factors may influence progress. However, our experienced coaches are dedicated to guiding you through every step of the journey. By following our structured program, you’ll gradually build confidence and enjoyment in swimming.

On average, most of our students can swim independently within 4 to 6 lessons.

What types of adult swimming programs do you offer?

We offer a variety of adult swimming programs, including beginner lessons, intermediate technique classes, and advanced training for fitness or competitive swimming. We also have specialized programs for adults looking to improve their swimming skills or stay active in the water.

Is there a free trial before I sign up for class?

Yes, we offer a 30 min free trial class where you can join before signing up! This trial session is to ensure your level and comfort in the water before committing to a full class. Our coaches will assess your skills and recommend the best program for you! 😊

Why should my child enroll in swim lessons?

Your child should enroll in swim lessons to learn essential water safety skills, prevent drowning, build confidence, stay active, and have fun. It’s a valuable life skill that helps with physical, mental, and social development.

How quickly will my child advance?

Progress depends on your child’s age, confidence, experience, and lesson consistency. With regular practice and guidance from our instructors, they will improve at their own pace! 😊

How do I prepare my child for swim lessons if they are in diapers?

To prepare your little one for swim lessons, use swim diapers designed for water, bring a change of clothes and a towel, and help them feel comfortable with short, gentle water exposure. Keep the conversation positive and reassuring, and stay calm and encouraging throughout the process.

What are the requirements to become a swim coach?

To become a swim coach, you’ll need to complete swimming certification courses, gain experience by working with swimmers and pass our assessment. It’s also helpful to have a background in swimming, along with strong communication and leadership skills!
